Gyms and Leagues will order online or the day of the session.  All orders and payments are due on or by the day of the session.  If there is no order placed we will assume that we are only photographing your child for the team photo (if applicable).

All items are high resolution digital files.  We have button templates available and will have instructions on which lab we recommend for your personal unlimited ordering.  

Our large volume leagues and gyms can sometimes take around 4-6 weeks.  We do make every effort to delivery them faster than that, however we do have to account for holidays when applicable.

• Your coach will choose what jersey the team will wear.
• Team pictures will be a composite style this year.  So each player will be photographed individually

We ask everyone to try to arrive one hour before you practice time.  We realize that may be difficult for some families and just ask that you try to be there as close to that time as possible.

• Please come in full uniform
• Bring your helmet
• Bring your stick
• Skates aren't necessary for most (except goalies)
• GOALIES - please have all pads/gloves/blockers/skates

Registration is required so please don't skip this step.  This gives us authorization to photograph your athlete.
